STEP 1: Discovery / Initial Consultation
We are looking forward to getting to know you, and understand your vacation! This 30 to 45 minute consultation we will aks you questions to learn about you, or even work to help you discover your personal travel style. From here, we can begin to create the Custom Adventure you are looking for next!
Ready to schedule your Discovery Initial Consultation right away? You can block out time by using the button or the QR code and our Travel Advisor will contact you at the scheduled time.
STEP 2: Designing your Trip!
After we hav comepleted our discovery conversation, our team rolls up our sleeves and begins to work on your trip. We leverage our resources and relationships with hundreds of the top travel supplier brands that you know to put together an itinerary that is tailored to your interests and needs. We then will provide you with an itinerary with options for review. This itinterary is completely customizable so that you can add or remove any thing you might like.
STEP 3: Reserving your Trip.
After we have created an itinerary you are happy with, the reservation process begins. We will proceed to reserve all of your hotels, transfers, and activities. You don't need to worry about the details, because we are taking care of the specifics for your. You can sit back and start getting excited about your upcoming trip!
STEP 4: Bon Voyage!
It's time to leave for your trip! Before you depart, you will recieve access to our customer portal which will have all of your personalize trip information to that it is electronically easy at your fingertips. We also provide you with a physical (printed) itinterary. While you are on your vacation, we are here making sure that everything goes smoothly. If any bumps occur, we will be ready to assist you.
STEP 5: Welcome home.
Of all the magical places we have travled over the years, I still feel grounded in the old line "there's no place like home". So welcome home! We would love to hear about your trip! What did you love? What might have you changed? What can we do as a company to enhance your next vacation?
